why zeros? why bl00m?

the pasta.

yes, they’re zeros.

the zeros in bl00m are a little nod to 00 flour — the foundation of our pasta dough and where this whole thing really started.

during covid, pasta became chef chuy’s passion project. what started as curiosity turned into years of learning from chefs, restaurants, cookbooks, videos, and a whole lot of trial and error. somewhere along the way, making pasta became less of a project and more of an obsession.

today, every pasta at bl00m is made in house with that same curiosity — rooted in tradition, but never afraid to have a little fun.

and bl00m? that’s where the other half of this husband-and-wife duo comes in. chuy had the pasta, and sam had a vision for the world around it. when she came up with the name bl00m, she pictured flower power, nostalgia, the ’70s, something a little groovy and, most importantly, something fun.

because that’s how we think pasta should feel.

fun to make. fun to eat. and a good time no matter the occasion.
